Privacy Policy

To arrange and manage your rental we collect only what a booking requires: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide one), and the identity and driving documents needed to release a vehicle — driving licence details and, for tourists, passport and visa details. We may also keep a record of the vehicles you have rented and the dates of your bookings.

Your information is used to confirm and manage bookings, prepare the rental agreement, deliver and collect vehicles, process payments, handle Salik and traffic-fine recharges, and communicate with you about your rental. We may occasionally message you about availability or offers; tell us at any time if you would rather we did not.

Bookings are handled over WhatsApp. Messages you send us are processed through WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms, and are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy in addition to this one. WhatsApp conversations are end-to-end encrypted in transit; we keep booking-related messages only as long as needed to manage your rental.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone. Your details are shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the rental — for example with our insurer in the event of a claim, or with authorities where the law requires it.

We keep booking records, rental agreements and copies of documents for as long as needed to manage your rental and to meet legal, insurance and accounting obligations in the UAE. When that period ends, records are deleted or securely destroyed.

This website is deliberately light on tracking. We do not run advertising trackers, and any analytics we use are minimal, aggregated and used only to understand how the site performs. The site works fully without accepting any non-essential cookies.
