Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern every vehicle rental provided by BOYZ TOYZ Car Rental L.L.C (“BOYZ TOYZ”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The “Renter” (“you”) is the person named on the rental agreement who takes possession of the “Vehicle” for the agreed “Rental Period”. By confirming a booking you accept these Terms in full.

Renters must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driving licence. UAE residents must present a valid UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. Tourists must present a valid international driving licence and their passport. We may decline any booking at our discretion, including where documents cannot be verified.

Bookings are made via WhatsApp and are confirmed only once payment (or an agreed part-payment) is received. We accept cash, card and cryptocurrency. All prices are quoted and payable in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless agreed otherwise in writing. Daily rates include the mileage allowance stated at the time of booking; excess mileage is charged at the rate quoted on your rental agreement.

No security deposit is required on any vehicle in our fleet. You pay only the rental rate quoted on your rental agreement. Any amounts properly chargeable under these Terms (fines, Salik, fuel or damage excess) are invoiced after the Vehicle is returned and checked.

We deliver and collect free of charge anywhere in Dubai — hotel, residence or airport terminal. Delivery outside Dubai may be arranged for an additional fee agreed before the Rental Period begins. The Vehicle is handed over with a condition report; please review and confirm it at delivery.

The Vehicle is supplied with a stated fuel level and must be returned at the same level, or the difference will be charged plus a refuelling service fee. Salik (toll gate) crossings, parking charges and all traffic or municipal fines incurred during the Rental Period are borne by the Renter and are invoiced after return.

Every Vehicle carries comprehensive insurance valid in the UAE. In the event of at-fault damage or an accident where the Renter is liable, an insurance excess applies, the amount of which depends on the Vehicle and is stated on the rental agreement. Insurance is void where the Vehicle is used in breach of Section 08, driven by an unauthorised driver, or driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs — in which case the Renter is liable for the full cost of repair and loss of use.

The Vehicle must not be used:

• off-road, on sand, or outside paved public roads;
• for racing, drifting, track days, speed testing or driver training;
• to carry passengers or goods for hire or reward;
• by any driver not named on the rental agreement;
• to sublease, lend or transfer possession to any third party;
• outside the United Arab Emirates without our prior written consent.

Breach of this section terminates the rental immediately and makes the Renter liable for all resulting damage and costs.

The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations recorded against the Vehicle during the Rental Period, including speeding, parking and Salik-related offences. Fines are recharged at cost and an administration fee may apply for processing each violation. Serious offences may be reported to the relevant authorities.

If you return the Vehicle before the end of the agreed Rental Period, refunds for unused days are at our discretion and may be subject to an early-return charge. We may terminate the rental immediately and recover the Vehicle without notice if these Terms are breached, if payment fails, or if the Vehicle is at risk; in that case no refund is due for the remaining period.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability under any rental is limited to the total rental charges paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for items left in the Vehicle, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and every rental agreement are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
